The employees, from front desk to housekeeping and the manager, were exceptional. the hotel has a very central location, making it an ideal base for exploring Siem Reap. - It is conveniently situated within walking distance to various pubs and restaurants.

Boxed breakfast for all nationalities, enjoyable. Fast check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. Poolside bar and nice pool: D

We were there for 4 days, everything was lovely, greatly enjoyed its favourable location near to night market, lucky mall, museums and Royal Residence and restaurants in the Old Market quarter. Booked this for our new year and it met all required needs.

The hotel room was very spacious with a balcony. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. - the hotel is located close to all the famous sites, which was ideal. - the atmosphere in the whole hotel was quiet and relaxing. - There are plenty of food options within a 10-15 minute walk.

Excellent value for money. Great rooms, great pool, great food and great service. One of the best hotels we have stayed in for the money. Siem Reap was flooded therefore we spent a lot of time in the hotel which was very relaxing and pleasant in all aspects.

Staff communication for booking a bus to Phnom Penh was a little shady. They couldn't explain why we couldn't be picked up from hotel and we had to ask 3 times over 24 hours for our tickets. Tickets only just arrived minutes before we were leaving. Staff said Mekong express couldn't pick us up because of the floods but this wasn't true. Other companies and tuk tuk's had no problem getting through

Delicious food was served in the restaurant for breakfast, catering to all nationalities. - the location was great and brilliant, especially for nightlife. - the service was helpful. - the breakfast was delightful and fantastic. - Free Wi-Fi was available in the rooms.
